Shimano - Use this conversion kit with freehub Cannondale Freehub Body FH-567, K81007 to recreate freehub KP467/FH-537 which is now obsolete.

End cap dimensions: height 16.4mm, outer flange diameter 25.5mm, internal diameter 12mm.
